Regarding the weekend Head Coach,
Cass Smith had this to say "We got the split this weekend, not exactly what we were working for but we're excited about our conference bid. We didn't play like us and were high error so it was difficult to recover once we dug ourselves that hole. But we are moving forward to the weekend, and are very excited to celebrate our seniors in our final home games. Though the weekend wasn't the best outcome I am very proud of the work the team has produced thus far and can't wait to show out in the conference tournament."
The Mustangs now sit in a good spot in the conference standings with two matches remaining. They will take on Huston-Tillotson and Our Lady of the Lake University Saturday, November 6
th as part of their senior day. These are big matches for the Mustangs as HT currently sits a game back of the Mustangs in the standings and OLLU is currently the number one overall seed in the conference.
