After the weekend Head Coach
Michael Dominguez said "Overall, I am very happy with how this weekend's games went. Our team is really starting to put the pieces together and play as a team. The energy and effort in these last two games were amazing and were so much better than what we've shown in our first couple of games. We went 1-1 on the weekend and I told our players that I was still very pleased with how hard we played in our loss, sometimes it just doesn't fall in your favor. If we can keep this energy and effort up throughout the rest of the season, I think we can still hit all of our goals we set at the beginning of the season"
The Mustangs will be back in action Friday evening on the road against Colorado State University-Pueblo in Pueblo, Colorado.
