But the tenacity of Our Lady of the Lake was evident, as Thiago Fernandes scored his second goal in the 79th minute, followed swiftly by a goal from Andres Rocha in the 80th minute, giving them a brief lead. 

Just when Our Lady of the Lake seemed poised for victory, Southwest's Pedro Roche, with an assist from Yahir Chacon, scored the final goal of the match in the 84th minute, ensuring the game ended in a draw.
