I thought our overall focus and intent was good all weekend for the most part. We had a couple innings offensively and on the mound throughout the weekend that cost us not scoring a little more and keeping them contained a little more. Overall, our defense was pretty good for playing at such a poor field.
Game 1
The Mustangs were back on the road this week in Tyler Texas as they look to bounce back from recent struggles. The Mustangs did just that scoring 70 runs on the weekend. In game 1 the Mustangs pounced on Texas College's pitching, winning 35-4.

Carson Miller also went 3-4 with an RBI.

We must regroup and get ready for a good LC team coming to Hobbs next week. We haven't taken care of business like we usually do at home, and we are ready to hold ourselves a little more accountable. We must finish the next two weekends at home strong to make the last weekend road trip a little easier.
