Born on April 21, 2005, Isaiah grew up in El Paso, Texas, where he developed his passion for baseball. He was raised by his supportive parents, Jessica Rivera and Julio Canales, and shares a strong bond with his siblings: Arlene, Aaron, Noah, Jase, and Ryan.
A 2023 graduate of Montwood High School, Isaiah excelled both academically and athletically. His performance behind the plate earned him the honor of 2nd Team All-District Catcher in 2023. One of his proudest moments in high school baseball was winning a district championship, a memory that continues to fuel his drive on the field.
Now pursuing a degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science, Isaiah has his sights set on a future in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy, where he hopes to help others recover and reach their full potential.
His favorite athlete is LeBron James, and he passionately supports the New York Yankees. Before every game, Isaiah follows a pregame ritual of saying a prayer, allowing him to focus and center himself before taking the field.
