Born on March 24, 2002, Philip grew up in Harlingen, Texas, raised by his supportive parents, Phil and Sandra Guerrero. He shares a strong bond with his sibling, Joseph, who has been a constant source of motivation throughout his journey.
Philip graduated from Harlingen High School in 2020 before continuing his baseball career at Alvin Community College (2020-2021) and Iowa Wesleyan (2021-2023). Now, he continues to develop his game while majoring in Kinesiology & Exercise Science. His ultimate career goal is to build a baseball facility, helping future athletes train and grow in the sport.
He draws inspiration from his favorite athlete, Dustin Pedroia, and passionately supports the Boston Red Sox. His dedication to the game is evident in his pregame ritual—praying and releasing all worries before stepping onto the field. One of his proudest baseball moments came when he drove in the game-tying run in the final game of the season to secure first place.
Beyond the field, Philip enjoys spaghetti, and while he might not be a professional singer, he admits he can "kinda sing."
