Born on July 29, 2004, Thomas grew up in Lubbock, Texas, where he developed his love for baseball. He is the son of Thomas Sanchez and Annamarie Lopez and has two supportive siblings, Nalani and Maliah.

A 2022 graduate of Roosevelt High School, Thomas continued his baseball career at Central Christian College of Kansas, where he excelled both academically and athletically, earning a spot on the Dean’s List. He is currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management, with aspirations to become an Athletic Director in the future.

Thomas looks up to Sawyer Robertson as his favorite athlete and is a die-hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys. When it comes to food, he enjoys carne guisada, a meal that fuels his competitive spirit. His hidden talents extend beyond the baseball field—he can rope a steer and ride bulls, showcasing his versatility and toughness.
