TYLER, TX---The Lady Mustangs extended their winning streak to 5 on Friday night as they swept the Texas College Steers on the road. The ladies won the match in straight sets (25-14) (28-26) (25-21). The victory brings the Lady Mustangs record to 10-18 with a 6-4 record in conference which is tied for 3rd place.
The Lady Mustangs once again used a balanced team attack to take down the Steers.
Alexia Esparza led the team with 10 kills. Esparza also had 1 ace and 10 digs.
Samantha Dreibelbis had a great game with 7 kills, 3 aces, 21 digs and 1 block.
Dylann Bylund had 24 assists on the evening to go with 3 kills, 3 digs and 3 aces.

The Lady Mustangs host their final two home matches of the year this week as they host Wiley College on Friday night and Jarvis Christian on Saturday afternoon.
