Box Score HOBBS, NM--The Lady Mustangs hosted conference opponent Texas A&M-Texarkana Thursday night. USW took down TAMUT by the score of 90-77, thanks to a monster 4th quarter where the Lady Mustangs outscored TAMUT 34-20. 

"We played a great 2nd half" said Head Coach Devonte Brewer following USW's 90-77 victory over Texarkana. "We had a lot more energy there. Harlei Haceesa made big plays in the 3rd quarter and Rhianna Bortoli sealed the deal in the 4th. This was a team effort from all 9. Now we focus on Wiley on Saturday and having a great Senior Night!"

Rhianna Bortoli kept her hot hand going scoring 29 points on 11-18 shooting including 7 three-pointers. The junior guard also had 6 steals and 2 rebounds in 35 minutes of action. Harlei Haceesa scored 21 points on 7-13 shooting including 7-9 from the free-throw line. Isabel Rodriguez had another double-double tallying 15 points and 11 assists, to go with 8 rebounds and 2 blocks. 

The Lady Mustangs shot 43.3% from the field and were 21-27 from the free-throw line. 

USW hosts Senior Day on Saturday afternoon as they take on the Wiley College Wildcats. Seniors Mykal Thomas and Naomi Solsberry will be honoring following the game.
