HAWKINS, TX---The Lady Mustang Soccer program took on Jarvis Christian College on Tuesday morning in a Red River Athletic Conference matchup. The Lady Mustangs would go on to defeat Jarvis 5-1 putting them a 3-2 on the season and 2-1 in conference play. 

Maya Sanchez got the scoring started early for the Lady Mustangs with her 3rd goal of the season. Lauren Zarate would then give the Mustangs a 2-0 lead and Kimberly Nevarez would add on her first goal of the season shortly before halftime. Nevarez would quickly get back in the scoring column right after haltime to give her a 2nd goal on the afternoon. Priscilla Garcia finished off the game with her first goal of the season to give the Lady Mustang a 5-1 victory. 

Overall USW took 20 shots with 13 being on goal. Andrea Martinez made 3 saves and allowed on a penalty kick goal.
