The team displayed remarkable resilience, bouncing back after a challenging start to the season.
Leading the offensive charge for Southwest was Aniya Odom, who posted 7 kills on 15 attempts with a .333 hitting percentage, contributing 10.5 total points. Meanwhile, Starlett Hoyuela commanded the floor, notching 4 service aces and adding 16 assists, guiding her team to critical points when it mattered.
On the defensive side, Maya Morales anchored the back-court with 13 digs, and the team tallied 36 total digs to limit Jarvis Christian's attack.
"Manifestation confirmed we were firing on all cylinders. Left no doubt. Made some minor adjustments to better our touch and pace to ultimately secure the win" were Coach Cass comments after the win this afternoon.
