Game 1: Southwest 4, Jarvis Christian 3
Southwest opened the day with a solid all-around performance to claim a 4–3 win in the opener. The Lady Mustangs got on the board with a run in the first inning, added another in the fifth, and then plated two important insurance runs in the seventh to give themselves just enough breathing room.
Elexes Martinez was a sparkplug at the top of the lineup, going 2-for-3 with two doubles and two runs scored. Mieya Andres and Regan Burleson each came through with key RBIs to keep Southwest's offense rolling.
In the circle, Alexis Belen delivered a standout performance. She threw a complete game, striking out 10 batters and allowing just three runs (two earned) across seven innings to secure the win.
Game 2: Southwest 6, Jarvis Christian 5
The Lady Mustangs completed the sweep in Game 2 with another close win. All six of Southwest's runs came in the second and third innings, with three scored in each frame. That early burst proved to be enough, as the Mustangs held off a late push from Jarvis Christian.
Regan Burleson stayed hot at the plate, going 2-for-4, while Mieya Andres added a spark with a triple as part of a 1-for-3 outing. Their efforts helped Southwest maintain the lead through the middle innings and eventually seal the win.
