• Opened the season at the 2024 Lori Fitzgerald Open, placed 85th overall with a time of 19:07.8, set a personal record in the 5K

• At the Greyhound Invite, Espino placed 23rd overall, with a time of 34:06.2

• Closed out the season at the NMJC Invitational III, placed 52nd overall with a time of 34:47.5

2023-XC

• Opened the season at the DBU Orville Rogers XC Opener, placed 62nd overall with a time of 32:26.3, set a personal record for the 8K

• At the second meet of the season, Espino finished 144th overall at the Texas Tech Open with a time of 33:14.7

• Closed out the season at the NMJC Invitational, Espino placed 38th overall with a time of 33:29.7
   

HIGH SCHOOL
Led team to qualify for State at districts all four years for track and field… placed in the top-20 six times in 2022… ran track and field

PERSONAL
Son of Lizza and Javier Espino, has three siblings, Dominique (23), Audrina (18) and Matthew (16)... majoring in kinesiology… hopes to become a physical therapist… enjoys detailing cars, watching football, baseball and basketball and the podcast Serendipity with Inky Johnson
