The University of the Southwest Men's basketball team travels to Oklahoma City, OK., to take on Mid America Christian University on Saturday (4 p.m. CT/3 p.m. MT) and University of Sciences & Arts Oklahoma on Monday 11/5 (6 p.m CT/5 p.m. MT.)

The Mustangs are coming off a strong defensive performance in their second game, a 65-63 win over Ottawa (AZ) on Friday 10/22. Sophomore Emmanuel McNeil (8-18 FGs) and Ron'Quis Lewis (5-13 FGs) led the Devils in scoring with 20 and 19 points respectively, and combined to shoot 42 percent (13-31).

MUSTANGS CONTINUE ON THE ROAD IN THE NEW SEASON

USW is not easing its way into the new campaign as it is currently in the midst of a seven game road stretch. The nine game road schedule is the longest away game stretch the Mustangs have ever played to start a season. The Mustangs will return for their first home appearance this season on November 19th against North New Mexico College.
